Residents of eight metropolitan areas across Europe will get a chance to see three of YouTube’s most popular personalities in real life. Game Grumps, the channel hosted by Arin Hanson and Dan Avidan, will join up with fellow gamer Seán “Jacksepticeye” McLoughlin for a tour called Ready Player 3.
At each stop on Ready Player 3, its trio of starring gamers will entertain attendees with a combination of jokes, games, and question-and-answer sessions. The tour is expected to draw large crowds thanks to the popularity the personalities on display. McLoughlin’s channel, which has more than 16 million subscribers, is one of YouTube’s most frequented hubs. Game Grumps has four million subscribers of its own, and Hanson and Avidan were recently able to parlay the success of their channel into a YouTube Red series called Good Game. They also launched a dating simulator called Dream Daddy and soon found themselves at the top of the Steam store.
Beyond his live event partnership with Game Grumps, McLoughlin is also planning to host three shows in the US as part of a tour called How Did We Get Here? He discussed both parts of his travel plans in a video he posted to his YouTube channel:
