Studio71 Creates Charity Lipstick Benefiting Planned Parenthood

Top digital creators from leading multi-channel network Studio71 are teaming together to help vend a charity lipstick benefiting Planned Parenthood.

The shade, dubbed Kiss My Pink and available online as well as via indie retailer Opening Ceremony, is being touted by the likes of Trevor Moran, Nia Sioux Frazier, Brittany Balyn, Aja Dang, Shameless Maya, and Salice Rose. These creators are part of the so-called Lipstick Lobby — a social justice initiative created by Studio71 whose aim is to empower young women to become activists. The aforementioned influencers are also starring in an online campaign to promote the shade.

All of the net profits from Kiss My Pink will be donated to Planned Parenthood, which provides reproductive health care and sex education to millions — and whose funding seems unsure in our current political climate. The full-coverage formula is packed with vitamins C and E. Priced at $19, it’s also vegan, cruelty-free, and made in the United States.

In September, The Lipstick Lobby will release another shade benefiting yet another charity partner.

“We were hearing from our community from people who wanted to speak out in response to what was going on in politics, so we decided to roll up our sleeves and do something about it,” said Davida Hall, VP of lifestyle content for Studio71 — which reps 1,300 channels who drive more than 7 billion monthly views. “Since women’s health care is in jeopardy right now, making Planned Parenthood our first beneficiary was the obvious choice.”
