One of Vine’s biggest crossover stars, King Bach — whose real name is Andrew Bachelor — is partnering with LiveXLive, which provides live coverage of noted music festivals and concerts, to create original shows.
Bachelor has been tapped as LiveXLive’s latest contributing social editor. In this role, his first project will be a comedy series guest-starring fellow Vine standout Amanda Cerny, who inked her own deal with LiveXLive in January. Cerny’s comedy series, titled Shit Happens and currently running on LiveXLive’s Instagram page, chronicles quirky and relatable concert mishaps. Its first three episodes have clocked roughly 900,000 views.
In addition to creating his own series, Bachelor will also create contribute to LiveZone, the company’s forthcoming magazine-style news show, which launches later this year.

LiveXLive primarily distributes live music events coverage — including Rock In Rio and the Outside Lands Music And Arts Festival. However, its newly-formed LiveXLive Studios division works with creators like Bachelor and Cerny to develop originals. Other social stars that have appeared on Cerny’s series include Johannes Bartl, Syd Wilder, and Katja Glieson. LiveXLive Studios plans to launch between 10 and 12 pilots this year, the company said, as well as three to five documentary series.

Bachelor, who was the most followed creator on Vine before the platform shuttered, headlines two popular YouTube channels as well as his own production company, Bach Enterprises. He is also slated to appear in several films this year, including Netflix‘s horror-comedy The Babysitter, the animated feature Arkie, and heist comedy Where’s The Money.
