Kin Community Expands Senior Management Team With Three New Hires

Kin Community, a leading multi-channel network in the lifestyle category, has tapped two new top-tier executives and promoted former VP of marketing Steve Bonner to the newly-created role of chief brand officer. Joining the company anew are chief revenue officer Roland Hamilton, and Katrina Frank, who has been named VP of branded integrations.

Hamilton (pictured above right), Kin’s first CRO, will focus on accelerating revenue growth. He previously served as VP of sales and marketing for XO Group, which is the parent company of digital wedding brand The Knot, as well as managing director of Dailymotion. In her new role, Frank (above left), will oversee client services, integrated marketing, and brand content production. She previously spent nine years at Starcom Mediavest Group on its branded content teams.

As chief brand officer, Bonner will oversee original programming and brand development at Kin. The company currently represents more than 130 lifestyle creators like Dulce Candy Ruiz and Mr. Kate, who generate roughly 500 million monthly YouTube views. Its Kin Studios division also helms original and branded video content.
