Go90’s Latest Series Is A Talk Show Fueled By Wanted Ads

Need to land a date? Looking for a job? Seeking a new singer for your brand? Scott Rogowsky can help you, albeit in a very public way. Rogowsky, a stand-up comedian, is the host of Start Talkin’ (stylized as Start T@lkin’), the latest Complex Networks original series to come to Verizon’s Go90 platform.

Each episode of Start Talkin’ features a guest who must solve a dilemma they would normally sort out through sites like Craigslist. Instead of using that avenue, they must come on Rogowsky’s show and let the comedian serve as a one-man wanted ad resolver. With the help of DJ Cipha Sounds (who has been known to land hosting gigs of his own), Rogowsky will make necessary matches for his guests through a combination of challenges, conversations, and “invasive questions,” according to a press release.

“My parents always taught me not to talk to strangers,” said Rogowsky in a press release. “With Start Talkin’, now I’m doing it for a living!”

Complex Networks, which launched last year after Verizon and Hearst jointly acquired the culture publication Complex, has brought multiple shows to Go90. For Start Talkin’, it is working together with ITV Entertainment and Big Energy Productions.

The first season of Start Talkin’ consists of eight episodes. The best way to check them out is by downloading the Go90 app on iOS and Android.
