Here’s The Trailer For StyleHaul’s ‘Relationship Status,’ Coming Soon To Go90

StyleHaul has posted a status update about its next original series. The fashion, beauty, and lifestyle-oriented network has shared the trailer for Relationship Status, which will arrive on Verizon’s Go90 app on April 29th.

Relationship Status will follow the romantic lives of its ensemble cast and will examine the ways in which social media affects modern relationships. The show’s ten episodes will follow its characters for a year, with platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat coming into play along the way.

As it did with previous original programs like Vanity, StyleHaul is using Relationship Status to appeal to the social media-hungry viewers who watch videos on the network’s partner channels. YouTube stars like Sam Tsui and Alexa Losey will have roles in the show, and its themes will resonate with a connected audience. “I think there’s something relateable to a lot of different ages,” cast member Milo Ventimiglia told Tubefilter. “It relates to life and relates to things that are current and happening.” The show can appeal to “anyone on Facebook,” added fellow cast member Kristen Gutoskie.

Those who wish to watch Relationship Status

will need to download Go90 from either the App Store or Google Play, but Ventimiglia — a digital media vet who has starred in web series like Chosen and Suite 7 — doesn’t believe the mobile-first approach will hinter viewership. “I don’t delineate between digital and traditional television,” he said. “It doesn’t matter which platform you use to tell your stories and get the character work out there. I think to a degree you can actually get more people invested and involved [on mobile], because it’s in the palm of your hand.”

The first three episodes of Relationship Status will be available on Go90 beginning on April 29th. Eight more episodes of the series will arrive in the following three weeks.
