StyleHaul Welcomes Olivier Delfosse As New COO

To help expand its overall business initiatives, StyleHaul has acquired a new top-level executive. The women’s lifestyle YouTube multi-channel network has hired Olivier Delfosse as the company’s new Chief Operations Officer.

Delfosse will work out of StyleHaul’s Los Angeles offices alongside the MCN’s president and CEO Stephanie Horbaczewski. There, he’ll be responsible for company investments and quality control across all of StyleHaul’s business departments. Delfosse will also be charged with the MCN’s expansion plan into international territories; the company first has its eyes set on breaking into the digital fashion and beauty markets in Asia and Brazil. The new COO could also make an appearance at 2015 Newfronts for StyleHaul.

Delfosse was previously the Senior Vice President of Digital at FremantleMedia Group, a part of European entertainment company RTL Group which bought a controlling stake in StyleHaul in December 2014. At Fremantle, Delfosse worked on digital initiatives and partnerships with YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and more. The executive also managed profit and loss statements (and the very successful online video presences) for various Fremantle television properties like American Idol and The X Factor.

“StyleHaul is the market leader in digital content creation that appeals to millennials, successfully reaching millions of women worldwide with innovative fashion, beauty and lifestyle-driven programming across all of the social platforms,” said Delfosse in the release. “During my tenure at FremantleMedia, my team and I had success extending global television brands, like American Idol

, The X Factor, and America’s Got Talent, into the social and online video space. I looking forward to bringing that knowledge and expertise to StyleHaul and working in partnership with Stephanie to execute her strategic vision for the company’s growth as it continues to scale.”

“I am thrilled that Olivier is joining StyleHaul as our new COO,” added Horbaczewski. “His experience and accomplishments at FremantleMedia, as well as his deep global and distribution knowledge will add tremendous value. His appointment paves the way for deeper and more meaningful partnerships with RTL and FremantleMedia and he is also uniquely positioned to help develop possible synergies with BroadbandTV, SpotXchange, and Divimove. We could not be more excited to welcome him to StyleHaul.”

Delfosse joins previous hires like former AOL executive Rob DeChiaro, who’s now head of StyleHaul’s branded content studio. StyleHaul currently claims over 1 billion video views per month on YouTube across its talent network of over 5,000 creators.
