Mozaic Branding Brings Rafi Mamalian On Board To Lead Brand Partnerships

Mozaic Branding has added a new executive to its ranks. Four months after the company conceived to be a transparent matchmaker between top YouTube and online video talent and brands looking to work with those digital media stars (don’t call them “influencers”) made its official public launch, online video veteran Rafi Mamalian is now on board as Chief Revenue Officer.

“Rafi is extremely talented and well respected in the space. He has terrific relationships with talent and brands alike,” said Mozaic CEO Fran Solomita, in the release. “We’re thrilled he’s on board team Mozaic to help navigate this incredibly exciting road we’re on.”

Mamalian comes to Mozaic by way of Collective Digital Studio, where he served as EVP of Sales for the YouTube Multi-Channel Network, management company, and burgeoning studio. Before that, Mamalian was one of the first additions to early online video sharing site Blip

’s West Coast sales team.

“I’m psyched to be joining this amazing team,” Mamalian said in the release. “Mozaic’s unique model offers talent better options and more control, which allows us to help brands more efficiently plan their influencer campaigns.”

Mamalian joins Mozaic’s executive team comprised of Solomita as CEO (who was VP of Branded Entertainment at Maker Studios before joining the team), Mike Bienstock as COO, Todd Grossman as Chief Creative Officer, Peter Bray as Chief Strategy Officer, and Nate Higgins as Chief Financial Officer.
