Atom TV Back For 4 More Weeks of Comedy Central's Web Flirting

Antourage

In another walking of that fine line between the Wild West Web and 21st century corporate synergy, Viacom-ites Comedy Central and Atom.com are turning out another four episodes of Atom TV, starting January 12th at 2:30 AM. These four episodes will represent the end of the first season.

Taking their places on the network of foul-mouthed fourth graders, joke-stealing comedians and Sarah Silverman will be, among others, “Monkey Talk,” “Snack and a Commercial: Raisins” and Antourage: Episode 1 (above) which, clearly, is a parody of the HBO show Entourage staring … ants.

In addition, the “Upload Showdown” portion of the show features the top vote-getter in the competition on Atom.com. The “Showdown” winner for the January 12th episode is a sketch called “Exotic Dancer,” written and produced by The Royal We (a New York collective that also won the Showdown on Atom TV episode 11 with “The Last Two Single Friends

”). Complete lineup for Ep 15:

Fender Bender Strausen: The Gay Experiment – Germany is overrun with babies!

My Best Friend is My Penis, Ep. 2 – Method acting for the penis.

Monkey Talk – The kick-assest kick-assery you’ve ever seen.

Bartokular: Stoned – Even monsters get the munchies.

Face to Bush: Late Night Snacks with Cheney – Munchies with Cheney at 3AM often leads to explosive diarrhea.

Showdown winner: Exotic Dancer

Some series will be making return appearances on Atom TV over the last four episodes. Super Special Dog had an earlier episode appear on Atom TV in September, and My Best Friend is My Penis appeared in the most recent episode, which aired December 8th. And Sandeep Parikh is shooting Season 2 of The Legend of Neil which made waves earlier this season on Atom TV.

For the last four episodes, Upright Citizens Brigade co-founder Matt Walsh, Scrubs janitor Neil Flynn and Last Comic Standing competitor Eddie Pepitone are among some of the familiar faces dotting the comedy roster.
