With upfronts season on the horizon, Spotter is shining its light on the showrunners who are emerging out of the social video universe. For the second year in a row, the creator economy platform will invite ad executives to hear programming pitches at a Spotter Showcase in New York City.

The 2026 Showcase will be held on March 4. Creators like Dude Perfect, Kinigra Deon, Jordan Matter, Airrack, and Michelle Khare will appear alongside Spotter Ads execs to discuss their long-form work and detail the strategies brands can use to integrate themselves into those episodic programs.

In response to the rising value of creator content within the ad world, Spotter held its first Showcase last March. The creators who spoke at that event included MrBeast, Ryan Trahan, and Rebecca Zamolo, as well as 2026 returnees like Deon, Matter, and Khare.

The presenters offered brands and agencies an alternative to the TV upfronts market that typically kicks off in early May. Some of the creator-led original programming initiatives discussed at the 2025 event have since moved forward. Deon, for example, talked about her partnership with Kevin Hart and his company Hartbeat. Seven months later, Tubi announced its intention to distribute Deon’s project.

Since the first Spotter Showcase, premium creator programming has gotten even hotter. That topic was a major theme at MIPCOM in France, and the 2026 editions of the conference will continue to beat that drum

To keep up with the evolution of the entertainment industry, Spotter is shifting the focus of its Showcase. For 2026, the emphasis is on the concept of “Creator TV,” which a Spotter press release describes as a “full-stack brand ecosystem built on long-form, episodic creator programming.”

“Last year we showed what creator programming looks like. This year, we’re showing brands how to activate inside creator ecosystems and drive real business results,” said Spotter CEO and Founder Aaron DeBevoise in a statement. “In an era of infinite content, trust and attention are scarce. Creator TV combines the narrative depth of television with the cultural speed of creators, giving brands the premium, high-trust environments they need.”

Given the growth of the creator economy over the past year, Spotter’s decision to launch its Showcase in 2025 seems to be perfect timing. Now, with the second edition of its annual event, Spotter will show advertisers that creator-powered programming is now fluke — and it may in fact be the future of entertainment.
