Underscore Talent launches culinary division with 40+ creators (Exclusive)

Underscore Talent has launched its own culinary division repping more than 40 top food content creators, including The Korean Vegan, Albert Can Cook, Andy Cooks, and Grandbaby Cakes.

The division will be led by Noah Swimmer, who recently made partner, Underscore (which is part of TheSoul Publishing) tells Tubefilter.

“The culinary content space is one of the fastest growing sectors in digital media, and we are proud to offer brands, networks, publishers, and other media partners access to an impressively diverse roster of food media talent and content creators,” Swimmer said in a statement. “Our culinary clients are not just foodies; they curate and share their recipes in a way that deeply and authentically connects with their audiences.”

“Noah’s experience with premium food brands, cookbook publishers, culinary merchandisers, and his passion for food and food creators make him an exceptional leader for our first-of-its-kind division,” Reza Izad

and Dan Weinstein, Underscore Talent’s co-founders and co-CEOs, added.

Swimmer spent four years at APA Agency before joining Underscore as a talent manager in 2021. At Underscore, he’s helped culinary creators secure brand partnerships with companies like Coca-Cola, Dior, Genesis, and HexClad.

Other creators on Underscore’s culinary division roster include Preppy Kitchen‘s John Kanell and Jake Cohen, Mike Greenfield of Pro Home Cooks, Stephen Cusato of NotAnotherCookingShow, Owen Han, and TheMoodyFoody. Across Underscore’s other divisions, it reps creators like Elyse Meyers, Alan Chikin Chow, CelinaSpookyBoo, Brodie the Dood, and CodeMiko.

Underscore says the launch of this new sector makes it “the only entertainment management company with a dedicated culinary talent division.”
