The third week of November didn’t bring many changes to the front of our Global Top 50. Four of the top five channels from last week stuck around, with only one newcomer joining them.

The #1 channel in the chart repeated its position by getting the most YouTube views for the third week in a row.
Chart Toppers
Toys and Colors is on a roll this month. The family-friendly channel has led all of the Global Top 50 charts we’ve released thus far in November, and its lead has only grown since last week. Toys and Colors increased its YouTube traffic by 6% week-over-week to end up with 691.3 million weekly views. The U.S.-based hubs is powered by a mix of short-form and long-form content, and that combo has given it a significant advantage. No other channels are within 140 million views of Toys and Colors this week.
For the third week in a row, T-Series is second in the Global Top 50. The Indian record label has run 1-2 with Toys and Colors since the start of the month. In fact, throughout 2023, T-Series has posted more runner-up finishes than any other channel in the ranking. But the phrase “always the bridesmaid, never the bride” doesn’t exactly apply here, because T-Series is the most-watched channel in YouTube history, with more than 238 billion lifetime views. Approximately 548.1 million of those views came during our most recent seven-day measurement period.
The only newcomer in this week’s global top five is Anaya Kandhal. The titular Indian creator is actually a young girl. Alongside her family, she stars in YouTube Shorts videos that reach more than ten million subscribers. Kandhal is part of a community of Indian creators who have succeeded with family-driven, short-form content. This week, that strategy brought Kandhal 493.2 million weekly views, which was 44% more traffic than what she pulled in last week. As a result, she moved up 12 spots to reach #3.
MrBeast is up next in the Global Top 50. The main YouTube channel operated by North Carolina-based creator Jimmy Donaldson has fallen off a bit since last month. MrBeast strung together multiple #1 finishes in October, but this week, Donaldson will have to settle for fourth place. He hauled in 456.1 million weekly views on his primary YouTube channel, which now has 212 million subscribers. Donaldson will have to escape his tomb if he wants to add to that sum.
KL BRO Biju Rithvik rounds out this week’s global top five. The Indian channel is similar to Anaya Kandhal in that it offers family-driven Shorts. KL BRO counted 442.1 million weekly views.
Top Gainers
Anaya Kandhal and KL BRO Biju Rithvik are examples of popular family channels based in India. The most populous country in the world is in love with wholesome content set in the home. That’s good news for GOLU008, who might be India’s biggest wife guy.
Golu is a short-form superstar who reaches 12 million subscribers on YouTube and more than one million followers on Instagram. His bread-and-butter is short-form video, and seven of his ten most-watched Shorts have the same title: “Biwi no. 1”. Biwi means “wife” in Hindi, and Golu’s intentions are clear: He wants everyone to know that his partner is #1 in his book.
Golu and his wife spend time together in a variety of ways: They play games, chill on the couch, and hang with friends. The most-watched GOLU008 Short commemorates the moment when the channel passed ten million subscribers on YouTube:

GOLU008 videos harness multiple dominant trends in the South Asian online video community. The family-focused nature of the Shorts brings in an all-ages audience, while the fast-paced delivery and slapstick jokes appeal to India’s non-English speaking (or “Bharat”) comedy fans.
By establishing a recurring cast of characters and delivering punchline after punchline, GOLU008 has achieved the most success he’s ever had on YouTube Shorts. During the third week of November, he reached 9th place in the Global Top 50, which is an all-time high ranking for him. He picked up 303.2 million weekly views, good for a 32% week-over-week bump.
Those numbers show us that it’s a good time to be a wife guy in the Indian comedy scene. (Take notes, Ned Fulmer.)
