Jay Shetty comes to MasterClass to teach a lesson about “navigating change”

Jay Shetty is teaming up with MasterClass in order to teach viewers how they can find fulfillment in their lives. The life coach and social media star, who reaches more than 15 million followers on Instagram, has launched a new course titled Navigating Change.

As its name implies, Shetty’s course is a guide for people who are going through major life shifts, such as a job change or the loss of a loved one. To help those viewers overcome their hangups and continue on the path to self-actualization, Shetty conversed with several mental health experts. His MasterClass course includes appearances from grief expert David Kessler, cognitive scientist Maya Shankar, and behavioral expert Katy Milkman.

In a TikTok post, Shetty described himself as a longtime fan of MasterClass who is now bringing his own expertise to the platform. “I want to introduce you to scientists and researchers to give you the data behind some of these thoughts,” Shetty says in a trailer for his course. “We’re going to be talking about how to navigate life’s inevitable change.”

Shetty’s success on platforms like YouTube and Facebook has given him a platform for his ideas about mental health and personal fulfillment. He has launched a talent agency called House of 1212 and a hit podcast titled On Purpose. His MasterClass session will join the courses that are available on his personal website.

More details about Navigating Change can be found here. Shetty is not the first creator to work alongside MasterClass; the digital platform has also teamed up with the likes of Ninja and Marques Brownlee. In this instance, MasterClass is positioning Shetty’s course as part of a Black Friday promotion. During the holiday season, MasterClass customers can get 50% off as part of a buy-one-get-one offer.
