All of the top five channels in the chart got at least 400 million weekly views on YouTube. The #1 channel soared even higher to earn its first chart-topping finish of 2023.
Chart Toppers
Congratulations, Toys and Colors. As the calendar turned over to November, the kid-friendly YouTube destination posted one of the highest seven-day traffic totals it has ever achieved. Toys and Colors increased its viewership by 18% week-over-week to top out at 625.7 million weekly views. That sum secured a bump from second place in the world up to first. The U.S.-based family channel now counts more than 52 million lifetime YouTube views in all, and thanks to its combination of Shorts and long-form videos, it will continue adding to that impressive total.
T-Series finished #1 in this chart a week ago, but the record label will have to settle for second-best this time out. T-Series collected 542.2 million weekly views to finish more than 80 million views behind Toys and Colors. Though other channels occasionally outdo T-Series on a week-to-week basis, the Indian channel rarely falls lower than #2 in our Global Top 50. Its incredible consistency has allowed it to become the most-watched channel on YouTube (with 237 million lifetime views) and the channel with the most subscribers (252 million).
Another Indian channel is right behind T-Series in the #3 spot. Like its compatriot, KL Bro Biju Rithvik has succeeded on YouTube by reaching India’s non-English speaking (or Bharat) community. The difference between the two hubs concerns their primary languages. T-Series offers a lot of Hindi content, while KL Bro Biju Rithvik favors the regional tongue of Malayalam. But even without native English speakers on its team, this Shorts hub has captured a global audience by depicting universal, familial relationships. It added 497.4 million views during the week that was.
MrBeast had an impressive month in October, complete with multiple #1 finishes in our Global Top 50. In the 11th month, the channel run by North Carolina-based creator Jimmy Donaldson seems to be coming back to the pack a bit. Though MrBeast got 449.4 million weekly views and increased its traffic by 18% week-over-week, Donaldson’s primary YouTube hub could only manage a fourth-place finish in our worldwide ranking.
Celine Dept moved up six spots to claim the final place in the week’s global top five. The Belgian soccer creator rocketed past 15 million subscribers as she picked up 400 million weekly views.

Martial arts provide many benefits other than fitness and a means of self-defense. On platforms like YouTube Shorts and TikTok, proficiency in a combat discipline can be translated into millions of views. All that’s required is a bit of creativity.
Ben Eagle shows us how it’s down. The Vietnam-based creator is soaring above the competition by using his martial arts skills as the foundation for fun and funny short films. His practice walks a fine line between physical training and cinematic action, and Eagle also possesses a working knowledge of dominant short-form trends. Some of his most-watched Shorts clips include morality tales that would make Dhar Mann proud and martial arts lessons that could prove useful on the street.
The #1 Ben Eagle short is somewhere in between those two categories. It’s a mano-a-mano showdown in which a musclebound tough guy is outsmarted by someone wittier. Oh, and it has 294 million views.
In a June 2023 interview with YouTube, Eagle explained that he sometimes shoots 20 Shorts in a single day in order to maintain an upload schedule that includes five new videos per day. “My Shorts channel has the following format,” he said, “martial arts instructional Shorts, funny situations involving martial arts, skits that involve good people doing good deeds, using martial arts to help people in need.”
Though his mission may be altruistic, Eagle is also reaping plenty of benefits from his martial arts showcases. He ranked 28th in our latest Global Top 50 after snagging 245.1 million weekly views. That was 54% more views than the total Eagle posted seven days prior. Vietnam’s only representative in the Global Top 50 now has more than four billion lifetime views on his burgeoning YouTube hub. Sometimes good morals do indeed pay off.
