The current chart leader has now gotten more YouTube views than any other U.S.-based channel for three weeks in a row.
Chart Toppers
MrBeast is beasting our Tubefilter charts. The creator behind YouTube’s biggest and splashiest videos has supplemented his big-budget productions with a regular supply of short-form clips. Those Shorts have allowed the MrBeast channel to hover near the top of our charts even during weeks when Jimmy Donaldson doesn’t release any new long-form spectacles. Two weeks after the most recent of those uploads, the MrBeast channel is #1 in the U.S. Top 50 thanks to its seven-day total of 556.2 million weekly views.
Toys and Colors surged forward four spots to land in the #2 position in this week’s U.S. Top 50. The kid-friendly hub dazzles its young audience with an array of bright and sing-songy videos. Like MrBeast, Toys and Colors operates on both the long-form and short-form versions on YouTube, utilizing both formats to great effect. Across all its content, the U.S. runner-up pulled in 390.3 million weekly views as the calendar turned over to October.
Dylan Anderson continues to hover in the U.S. top five. This week, the creator known for curious and inspirational Shorts segments moved up to #3 after pulling in 335.4 million weekly views. Anderson’s sustained breakout has brought him a sizable audience that could top ten million subscribers before the end of the year. That’s the sort of rags-to-riches story that you’d expect to find in a Dylan Anderson video. Maybe he’ll give us some more autobiographical content as his star continues to rise.
Speaking of rising stars, DaFuq!?Boom! reached fourth place in this week’s U.S. Top 50 after collecting 320.4 million weekly views. The progenitor of the influential “skibidi toilet” meme is a force to be reckoned with thanks to his secure place in the culture of Generation Alpha. DaFuq!?Boom! moved up from 12th place thanks to a 49% week-over-week bump. Just when you think this channel is out of the top five, it reappears like a head popping out of a toilet.
Justin Flom rounds out this week’s U.S. top five. The magician went into his bag of tricks to snag 294.4 million weekly views, most of which came on YouTube Shorts.
Top Gainers
Like DaFuq!?Boom!, Dylan Anderson, and Justin Flom, this week’s Top Gainer is an influential figure in the world of YouTube Shorts. Nick DiGiovanni has parlayed his appearance on the TV show MasterChef into a thriving social media operation that reaches 12.1 million subscribers on YouTube and 11.5 million followers on TikTok.
Fresh off his second Streamy Award win in three years, DiGiovanni is making his return to the U.S. Top 50. The celebrity chef landed in 47th place in our all-American ranking after increasing his YouTube traffic by 18% week-over-week. By claiming 97.8 million weekly views, DiGiovanni ranked one spot higher than the creator who co-stars with him in his most-watched YouTube clip: Zach King.
These collabs have become key drivers of growth on DiGiovanni’s YouTube channel. The chef is known for spreading the love in the creator community, and his partners have returned the favor on his channel. In addition to King, other big-name creators who have shown up in popular Nick DiGiovanni Shorts include MrBeast and fellow foodies like Albert and QCP.
DiGiovanni’s followers also seem to love watching him prepare foodstuffs that are either very big or very small. Thanks to his ongoing channel growth, he’ll be able to fund more extreme cooking challenges and continue to push the envelope in the YouTube food community.
