Fullscreen’s Dustin Glass Exits To Head Gaming For Digital Video-Focused Reach Agency

Aiming to level up its gaming and esports capabilities, digital video-focused Reach Agency has onboarded Fullscreen manager Dustin Glass as its new head of gaming.

At Fullscreen, Glass served as manager of talent strategy and partnerships, working with brands including AT&T, Proctor & Gamble, Mattel, HP, and Best Buy. A longtime gaming enthusiast, he also counseled Fullscreen’s Brand Studio in working with major esports entities like Japanese game developer SquareEnix.

In his new role, Glass will oversee all of Reach Agency’s gaming and esports-related projects. Reach–which got its start as a YouTube-focused agency in 2011–has already worked on campaigns with prominent gamers like Ninja (formerly Twitch’s top star), Preston (4.63 million subscribers on YouTube), and Jesser (2.73 million on YouTube). The latter two were part of a campaign for Hot Pockets that pulled in a total of 45 million views, according to Reach.

“Joining Reach and seizing the opportunity to guide the agency as it doubles down on gaming is so gratifying,” Glass said in a statement. “Not only can I put my experience with talent to work, but we’re diving deeper into streaming and esports, which are gaining popularity with consumer brands…The timing couldn’t be more perfect.”

“We’ve definitely got some wins under our belt with big brands and even bigger campaigns when it comes to gaming,” Gabe Gordon, Reach Agency’s cofounder, said in a statement. “But with Dustin’s addition to the team, we can only do more and go farther. I’m excited to see what’s next.”

Glass will work out of Reach’s offices in Los Angeles.
