Digital talent company Select Management Group, which merged with fellow talent firm Flip Management last August, has promoted longtime manager Amy Neben to partner.
In a statement to The Hollywood Reporter, Select said, “We are proud to now have a leadership team that is equal parts male and female.” Neben will join the company’s three existing partners: Lisa Filipelli (who founded Flip in 2017) and Select’s Scott Fisher and Adam Wescott.
Neben was the first manager to join Select, and today reps lifestyle vloggers Brooklyn and Bailey McKnight (5.6 million subscribers), actor Casey Simpson (490,000 subscribers), contortionist Sofie Dossi (3.7 million subscribers), and Olympic skateboarding hopeful Sky Brown (350,000 Instagram followers). Prior to joining Select, Neben led the lifestyle division at multi-channel network The Collective (which subsequently became Studio71), comprising 300 creators with 200 million monthly views.
“I’m looking forward to joining the partnership at Select and continuing our growth into the theatrical and digital crossover business,” Neben said in a statement. “Bridging the gap between traditional and digital has been a major part of my strategy as a manager, and I am excited to now be guiding the company at a leadership level as we continue to push boundaries.”
Besides Neben’s roster, Select reps roughly 60 top YouTube creators, including Tyler Oakley, Gigi Gorgeous, Ingrid Nilsen, Eva Gutowski, and Amanda Steele. The company also operates SelectNext, an original content production arm (which created Gigi Gorgeous’ YouTube Premium documentary This Is Everything) that also develops consumer products, including the McKnight sisters’ mascara line.
