The show that has emerged as the most popular offering on Kevin Hart‘s Laugh Out Loud Network is coming back for more. As first shared by The Hollywood Reporter, Laugh Out Loud has picked up a second season of Cold As Balls, a series that sees Hart interview famous athletes while sitting in an ice bath.
Cold As Balls, produced by OBB Pictures, launched earlier this year and quickly gained a considerable audience, helping Laugh Out Loud’s YouTube channel on its way to one million subscribers. The last episode of the first season, which features gymnast Gabby Douglas as its guest, arrived online on February 23.
As Laugh Out Loud’s breakout series, Cold As Balls
has generated significant attention in the sports world. Laugh Out Loud president Jeff Clanagan told The Hollywood Reporter that his company has received many calls from people who are eager to book their clients on the show. “This is the first time that Kevin has hosted a talk show,” Clanagan said. “He has an automatic connection with a lot of the guests that we bring on. He knows how to dig in and ask the unconventional questions.”Laugh Out Loud launched last year. Beyond its thriving YouTube channel, it has also found a large audience on Facebook, where it has more than 4.8 million followers.
