GlamTwinz Sisters Kelsey And Kendra Murrell Release Book About Hair

If you follow Kelsey and Kendra Murrell’s tips, you may realize the full glam potential of your hair. The Murrell sisters, who make YouTube videos on their GlamTwinz channel, have released a how-to book called The GlamTwinz Guide To Longer, Healthier Hair.

The Murrell sisters are identical twins who have gained a following on YouTube by sharing beauty, makeup, and haircare tips with their viewers. Their main channel has more than half-a-million subscribers, their vlogging hub has 127,000 subs of its own, and they signed a deal with talent agency Abrams last year. In their book, they share their best advice for achieving full, luscious hair; their tips build off the ones they shared in a 2012 video, which has received more than 1.7 million views on YouTube.

While The GlamTwinz Guide is certainly inspired by the duo’s digital work, it also contains enough exclusive content to attract potential readers. “Writing a book is something we’ve always wanted to do,” Kelsey and Kendra told the Atlanta Black Star. “So to help our followers with our most requested question we decided to put it in writing! Our book has more details than any of our hair related videos on YouTube, as well as things we’ve never mentioned on YouTube.”

In the day after its release, as is the case with many books authored by YouTube stars, The GlamTwinz Guide sold well. As of this post, it is currently one of the top-selling women’s health books on Amazon, and one of the retailer’s top 1,000 self-help titles.
