‘Safety Geeks’, ‘GOLD’, ‘Space Hospital’, ‘Life with Kat & McKay’ Hosting Academy Screening

More “For Your Consideration” screenings are popping up as Academy voters are starting to parse through the thousands of web series submissions for the 2nd Annual Streamy Awards. After a well attended Blue Movies and Fall of Kaden screening earlier this month, four independent web series have teamed up for a screening of their own in Hollywood on February 19th at 7:30 PM. Hosted by Safety Geeks SVI creators Dave Beeler and Tom Konkle the night will the full season of their VFX-laden romp series along with fellow comedies GOLD

, Space Hospital, Life with Kat & McKay and drama Redemption: the Darkness Descending.

For voters and fans outside of Los Angeles, you can screen all four series here below as well as on web TV network KoldCast TV and blip.tv. But for those near LA, there really is something special about watching web series on the big screen.
