Tubefilter Presents the Hollywood Web Television Meetup – Wednesday August 20

Join us for the first ever Hollywood Web Television Meetup this Wednesday August 20, 2008 at Blankspaces in Los Angeles. We’re bringing together LA’s rich, diverse creative talent for the purpose of sharing resources, finding opportunities for collaboration and working together to help talented content creators shape the future of web television.

  • “Producing for a Major”
    Sandeep Parikh, CEO, effinfunny.com and creator of The Legend of Neil.

    Sandeep will talk to the group about the ups and downs of working with a major distributor and lessons he learned during the production of The Legend of Neil
    which he created for Atom/Viacom/Comedy Central.
  • “Working with the Screen Actors Guild Online”
    SAG New Media Department

    Bob Jensen, Manager; Nayla Wren, Lead Organizer; and Steve Graham, Director of Online Casting
    The SAG crew will talk about the Guild’s outreach efforts in the online world and how independent producers can easily work with Guild talent in their online productions.
