'nextNYers' Looks at the Businesses of Silicon Alley

nextNY is a community site, virtual meeting ground, and sounding board created for the populace of New York’s young professional and burgeoning tech scene. It provides a much-needed network for the city’s 1,100+ person digital community and helps members connect online and in real life to share ideas and conversations as they plan for the eventual hostile takeover of San Francisco as the technology center of the world.

In an effort to expand, expound, and evangelize the space and its companies, nextNY has teamed up with born and bred New York tech blogger, Allen Stern of Center Networks and internet production house, For Your Imagination for the business-based web series, nextNYers.

Hosted by the smooth-voiced, model-turned-reporter-turned-marketing executive, Meghan Mitchell, the show interviews a founder of one of Silicon Alley’s “next generation of digital movers and shakers” each week. The inaugural episode featured Magnify.net founder, Steve Rosenbaum, next week is blip.tv’s Dina Kaplan, while this week features…us. Take a look below to watch Jamison and I tell Meghan what Tilzy.TV is all about.
