Internet TV = More Shows for Smaller Niches

Hong Kong’s Television Broadcasts don’t exactly appeal to the mainstream of America, but there’s certainly a large community that will appreciate the ability to catch it on-demand, straight from a PC.  That’s the brilliance of Internet TV, content for everyone, anywhere, anytime.

GekTV carries programs in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. It will add Vietnamese- and Cambodian-language shows near the end of the year. Indian and Filipino content will follow soon after, Variety reports

The site currently carries Hong Kong’s Television Broadcasts , i-Cable News, Fashion TV-Asia, Pearl River Channel and  a Tai Seng channel that will release Asian movies with their North American DVD release.
