Reign Maker Group‘s “constellation” of creator-focused companies has expanded by one more.
Co-founded in 2025 by CEO Jonathan Chanti and Partner Brad Morris, Reign Maker Group has become a hub for companies that work with digital and traditional talent across brand, media, marketing, and representation. Chanti and Morris’s approach is “boutique management with corporate infrastructure”–and as such, it’s spent the last year moving to acquire stakes in fast-growing businesses that are doing things differently.
The latest of those businesses is creator talent management company Hyphen, co-founded this past April by Victoria Bachan and Alicia Rose. Reign Maker Group acquired a majority stake in Hyphen in June.

Chanti says one of the reasons Reign Maker Group was drawn to Hyphen is Bachan and Rose’s “really interesting, aggressive model” for profit-sharing.
That model is called “HyphenShare,” and it gives both talent managers and talent themselves financial stakes in the agency–so the more cash it brings in, the more everyone makes, across the board.
For Chanti, HyphenShare echoes Reign Maker Group’s own approach to a rising tide raising all boats. When it brings in a talent manager under its Reign Maker Talent arm, that manager gets a slice of Reign Maker Group ownership.
They’re not the only ones: Reign Maker Group’s subsidiaries–which now include Hyphen, North House Talent, You Know Who, Kernel Management, The Creator Rep. Institute, and The Now–also get stakes in Reign Maker Group as a whole. The leaders of those subsidiaries are able to divide their company’s stakes up among staff however they like.
“When we started Reign Maker Group, specifically thinking about the talent side, we had a thesis,” Chanti says. “We had a thesis that there are hundreds of amazing talent managers and agents who are out there sitting at these traditional agencies who are not actualizing their worth ultimately. They’re not getting their fair share of the value they’re creating for themselves or for their talent.”
Those managers and agents could choose to leave the agencies behind and strike out on their own, he says, but being an entrepreneur on that level involves “a lot of fear.”
“That fear of starting their own business, the fear of breaking the matrix and potentially not being able to pay the bills for a few months in the way they’re accustomed to with the responsibilities they have,” he says.
He adds that folks who have been in the business for years, long enough to have gathered the knowhow to manage their own rosters and start their own agencies, are often at the age where they have families, people who depend on them and their steady income, which makes taking the leap even nearer to impossible.
“Very rarely do you see someone very young come in, hit it off well, and become insanely successful,” he says. “Instead, you’re nine or 10 years in, you get married, you have kids, it’s much harder to make that entrepreneurial move. So we wanted to change that–and what we’re seeing now is it’s working.”
Chanti says that since Reign Maker Group’s launch, it’s brought in “15 unbelievable senior managers from some of the most well-known agencies and management firms in the business.”
He says he still sees major established agencies bringing in large numbers of managers and agents, “But guess what? None of them are owners. They’re just employees like everywhere else.”
Reign Maker Group, he explains, is set up for long-term success both because of its corporate approach to structure + boutique approach to talent, plus this ownership system which rewards leaders and managers on an ongoing basis.
“It’s a really fair and equal way of doing things,” Chanti says. “At the end of the day, when we go for that liquidity event or we go for that evaluation one day, they’ll be there.” He adds that the system is also “very performance-driven, so if you have a management firm that’s contributing, for example, $10 to the pot, and someone else has a management firm that’s contributing $3 to the pot, the person who’s contributing $10 is obviously going to get a much bigger evaluation, but by all being together in the same group, the multiple on everything will be much higher.”
Chanti says Reign Maker Group has more announcements in the pipeline that will result in “serious growth and scale” for the company–and its subsidiaries.
For now, it’s able to reveal a full list of skilled talent managers it’s brought in over the last couple of months. These include new hires for its own Reign Maker Talent arm, as well as hires across subsidiaries.
