The former creator, a Chicago native, has gained renown for his blistering interview style, which matches the heat level of Hot Ones‘ gauntlet of spicy wings. In comparison, Dimoldenberg’s take on fried chicken interviews is chattier and more flirtatious. The Londoner has attracted more than 370 million lifetime views on her personal YouTube channel, where new episodes of Chicken Shop Date arrive about once per month.

Then, on Dimoldenberg’s channel, the two interviewers discussed their familiarity with the foodstuff that made them both famous. “If I hear the word chicken, I will turn around,” Dimoldenberg said. “Same with me,” Evans replied. “I recognize it more than my own name at this point.”
