Green Tips for Real People

If you ask me, the culture of eco-friendly consumption has become a bit tainted with products and services that capitalize on the sexiness of the industry without offering much practicality.  Don’t get me wrong, electric underwater cars are fun, but what about me, man?  What can I do?

Green-hued internet brands seem to focus mainly on the hottest trends in this new eco industry.  But there’s an alternative.  Enter The Green House, just launched today.

Eric Rochow, who earned the moniker "male Martha Stuart" from hosting his country-life and gardening show, Gardenfork, recently added another show to the lineup.  Reel World Green, the down-to-earth no-nonsense, green tips for real people is the perfect addition to Eric’s fledgling eco-friendly-green-media empire.

To keep his brand cohesive, gather all his shows and community under a single roof, and create the interactive experience that makes internet-TV what it is, Eric teamed up with ForYourImagination
.  I have to say, The Green House really brings FYI’s value to light.  They’ve taken Eric’s raw talent and built a compelling brand with a narrow niche ripe for product integration.

I was privileged to discuss the launch with Eric earlier today:

Congrats to Eric and FYI for a new site well done!
