For the past year or so, Tom Green has been broadcasting a live Internet-TV show from his living room about five nights a week. Not unlike many other Internet-TV stars, Green pays the price for complete creative control with intimate involvement in everything from talent booking to lighting.

Tom Green Live leans slightly left of mainstream, and his sophomoric sensibility is the perfect antidote to the stale stunts of most late night TV. In 2003, he also had a nightly talk show, ‘The New Tom Green Show,’ in the style of Jay Leno, at midnight on MTV. The show lasted several months, and was much more mainstream – I think he’s better suited for the internet.
