Kathleen Grace, CEO of digital entertainment studio New Form, has announced a slew of mid-year promotions, Tubefilter has exclusively learned.
The promotions arrive on the heels of an unspecified number of layoffs tendered by New Form last month, when the company said it would shift its focus away from releasing content on its proprietary social channels and toward selling productions to third-party platforms, including YouTube Red and Go90, as well as linear outlets like TBS. At the time, the company said in a statement that “a few positions have been eliminated as we restructure to adapt to new company priorities.”
Today, New Form has announced eight total promotions. Steffenie Zorner, who formerly served as marketing manager, has been named director of partnership management and marketing, while Alison Ver Muelen — formerly the manager of press and publicity — has been named manager of publicity and talent. Caryn Jacob has been appointed people operations manager.

Both Laura Schwartz and Matt Hoklotubbe have been appointed directors of development, while former programming associate Simon Brooks Lopez has been named development manager, and Joseph Wright has been named development coordinator. On the production side, Rachel Appelle — who most recently served as a programming assistant — has been named production coordinator.
To date, New Form has packaged and sold 22 total series to 16 different platforms — many involving top-tier influencers like Anna Akana (Miss 2059), Wong Fu Productions (Single By 30), and PJ Liguori (Oscar’s Hotel For Fantastical Creatures). Its Mr. Student Body President series for Go90 — starring the digital creator Arden Rose — led the pack of Streamy Awards nominees this year, garnering a total of six nominations.
