In addition to many viewers, a sizable group of popular YouTube creators are still teens. One of the youngest personalities with a million subscribers is Meredith Foster AKA Stilababe09, who at 18 is inspiring the fashion choices of other women her age. We talked to Foster about her videos.

Tubefilter: What do you have to say to the fans that have helped you become such a popular YouTube creator?

Stilababe09: My subscribers are amazing! Thank you so much for your support! You are super creative, fun to talk with and you inspire me to make videos for you.

TF: What is your fashion philosophy?

SB: Wear what you love and feel good in. Don’t spend too much money, buy things you can wear over and over and still love.

TF: Are you still in school? How have you managed to properly balance your work on YouTube with your school life?

SB: Yes, I’m a senior in high school. I attend a school that gives me flexibility with my schedule, which is really helpful.

TF: What’s the number one you get from fans? How will you act on that request in future videos?

SB: I read my requests and really pay attention to what the viewers want and like to see…then I try to make it happen for them. Most of my subscribers like morning and night time routines, make up tutorials, hairstyle ideas and weekly outfit inspiration…I always try to keep these fresh, fun and inspirational.
