It’s another installment of the weekly Tubefilter Chart of the Top 50 Most Viewed YouTube Channels Worldwide and gamers, Turkish music, and VEVO cannot be stopped.

Chart Toppers

The most subscribed YouTube channel of all-time PewDiePie retains his #1 spot on the charts with a consistent view count on the week. The 23-year-old Swedish gamer’s channeled ended up with 48.8 million views. That’s almost five million views ahead of The Turkish Phonographic Industry Society’s MÜ-YAP channel, which attracted 43.9 million views in the last seven days. And Lady Gaga rounds out the Top 3 thanks to all the virtual applause she’s received for her new single. The pop star’s channel was up 83% on the week to top out at 41.1 million views.

YouTube’s most favored US-based online video gamer SkyDoesMinecraft was bumped out of Third Place and into the #4 spot with 25.4 million views on the week. He’s followed by British boy band One Direction, whose channel witnessed a 5% increase and attracted nearly 25 million views in the last seven days.

Top Gainers

As we mentioned in the U.S. version of our Top 50 Most Viewed YouTube Channels Chart, Charlene deGuzman had a helluva week. Her release of I Forgot My Phone on August 22 helped her attract more than 12.3 million views on the week, up a staggering 2,763,543% since the week prior.

In fact, all the Top Gainers this week hail from the U.S. Enrique Iglesias’ release of the Official Video for Turn The Night Up bumped the Spanish singer-songwriter, model, actor, and record producer’s view count 152% to 11 million views on the week and the #45 spot on the Worldwide Chart.

Buzzfeed also witnessed a three-digit gain on the week. The viral content aggregator and long-form news reporting site’s release of 6 Almost Immortal Animals and Drunk vs. Stoned contributed to a 140% increase on the week, 12.9 million views, and the #34 spot.
