He then shakes up senior management ranks by bringing in a roster full of pro athletes—Chiefs QB Matt Cassel as the new CMO, UFC fighter Jon “Bones” Jones as the new HR Director, and The Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels as Director of Community Outreach.
