The latest digital media standout to join the roster at the Beverly Hills-based United Talent Agency (UTA) is Miles McKenna. McKenna, a 21-year-old YouTube star known for his vlogs, skits, and LGBTQ advocacy, has linked up with the major talent agency in order to further his career both on and offline.

McKenna, based in Los Angeles, is known as one of the YouTube community’s most prominent transgender creators. Previously known as Amanda McKenna, he announced his trans identity in a video he posted to his channel in January 2017. Many of his videos, both before and since that one, relate to LGBTQ issues.

McKenna’s candor and wit have allowed him to attract close to one million subscribers to his channel, and as a result, he has unlocked several acting and hosting opportunities. Alongside his network Fullscreen, with whom he remains partnered, he hosts Hella Gaya man-on-the-street show that tackles topics of interest to the LGBTQ community. He has also landed a role in Guilty Party, a new project from AT&T and Fullscreen’s Hello Lab initiative. One of his most recent ventures was a nationwide tour called Hello, Miles! that scored numerous sellouts. Through his pact with UTA, he will be able to add more projects to his resume.

Beyond UTA, McKenna will continue to be represented by Fullscreen and Hertz, Lichtenstein & Young.
