GloZell Green Unveils ‘GloBugz!’, A New YouTube Destination For Kids

GloZell Green has today unveiled a brand new YouTube venture called GloBugz!, an educational destination for parents and kids comprising nursery rhymes, comedy videos, and a ‘Kidsplaining’ segment in which children will drop knowledge on the 44-year-old vlogger.

GloBugz!, first announced all the way back in 2015, is available on both YouTube and the YouTube Kids app. It is designed for children aged two to six, according to its channel description, and focuses on movement and song as educational tools. On the channel, Green — who counts 5 million subscribers across two other YouTube channels — will appear alongside four child actors: Malik, Katie, Joaquin, and Ella. Content is being produced by Bunim/Murray Productions and PB&J TV, according to People.

Green, best known for her green lipstick and viral videos for the cinnamon challenge and hot pepper challenge, has also previously created compelling content in the parenting realm, including a reality series for AwesomenessAwestruck network chronicling her pregnancy struggles and surrogacy journey. Other ventures announced by Green in recent months include a memoir titled Is You Okay? and a forthcoming comedy series called Campus Law on Kevin Hart’s newly-launched Laugh Out Loud VOD service.

“GloZell is a one-of-a kind talent,” said PB&J head Patty Ivins, who called GloBugz! “the first original, celebrity-branded children’s destination on YouTube and the YouTube Kids app.”
