CreatorUp, a Los Angeles-based firm that provides digital media training to renowned companies and ad agencies — including YouTube, L’Oréal, McCann Group, BBDO, Mullen Lowe, and more — will host two workshop series at this year’s VidCon gathering, to be held from June 21 to 24 in Anaheim, Calif.

The half-day, interactive workshops will be available for free for attendees on both the Industry and Creator Tracks. In the first workshop, titled Platform Deep Dive For Industry, brand and agency participants will develop customized digital action plans for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat. In the second, titled Business Skills Level-Up For Creators, CreatorUp experts will work with influencers to help them build digital press kits and branded content pitch strategies.

“VidCon has always been about learning new things, gaining new skills, and improving your game when it comes to online video,” said Jim Louderback, editorial director for VidCon’s Industry Track.

In addition to the just-announced workshops, the full VidCon schedule is available right here. Three hundred creators have been confirmed for this year’s event thus far — including Dan Howell, Adande ‘Swoozie’ Thorne, and Grace Helbig.
