Jordan Doww Lands Co-Starring Role In Teen Drama Feature Film

Thanks to the success he has found on platforms like YouTube, Jordan Doww has been able to further his career in both acting and stand-up comedy. Now, the 21-year-old creator has added another feather to his cap. He has landed a leading role in Reach, an upcoming feature film that will also star Garrett Clayton and Joey Bragg.

Reach will feature Clayton as a high school-age adolescent who plans to commit suicide after being bullied by a character portrayed by Doww. Bragg will play a member of an anti-bullying support group who befriends Clayton’s character and changes his life. Jarret Tarnol is set to direct the picture, which features an award-winning script penned by Maria Capp, Johnny James Fiore, and Grant Harling.

With a high school setting and a plot that many young people can relate to, Reach is clearly adding its name to the burgeoning genre of YA drama. Many titles within that category have featured online video stars among their respective casts. Bragg, for example, is not a YouTuber himself, but he did appear alongside social media standouts Cameron Dallas and Nash Grier in The Outfield, a feature film produced by Fullscreen.
