Veteran beauty guru Kandee Johnson has collaborated with the Revlon-owned nail polish brand Sinful Colors on her own collection of shades aptly titled ‘Kandee Johnson For Sinful Colors’.
Comprising eight total SKUs, Sinful Colors announced the collaboration on New Year’s Eve and describes the collection of pastel pinks, mints, and blues as a “modern twist on urban glam and vintage-inspired shades.” Shade names include Candy Hearts, Kanfetti, and Pin Up Pink. The collection will be available at Wal-mart and Walgreens, according to Johnson.

“We’ve been working on these for a long time,” Johnson wrote to her 1.5 million followers on Instagram, “creating the colors, me changing so many details with [Sinful Colors] on everything — from the lettering to slightly different hues of polish to me naming them all…Thank you all for liking me all these years and even liking me since my old nail art videos!”
Sinful Colors has collaborated with other social media influencers in the past, including Kylie Jenner.
And countless beauty gurus on YouTube have tried their hand at launching products alongside bold-faced brands. Amanda Steele, for instance, better known to her roughly 3 million subscribers as MakeupByMandy24, recently launched her own capsule range in collaboration with boutique makeup brand ColourPop. And last year, Marzia Bisognin announced a product line with nail polish brand Zoya.
