Description: Creators like PewDiePie and the Vlogbrothers have mobilized their audiences to raise millions of dollars for charity this holiday season, but they’re not the only YouTube standouts using their influence to make a difference. As it does every year, The Yogscast is raising funds through Jingle Jam, a donation drive that offers dozens of video games to its contributors.

To support Jingle Jam, The Yogscast’s stars are spending all of December streaming on Twitch, where tens of thousands of fans are tuning in to watch the channel’s daily adventures in the gaming world. Adjacent to its streams, The Yogscast crew is slowly revealing more than 40 games that will be available to contributors who chip in at least $30.

The full list of games will be completed on December 31st, at which point The Yogscast will tally up the money it has received and split those funds among a number of esteemed organizations, including the Mental Health Foundation, Cancer Research UK, WDC, GamesAid, ILGA and Special Effect.

Creator Bio: The Yogscast is one of the most popular gaming groups on the Internet. Its primary YouTube channel, centered around the personalities of co-founders Lewis Brindley and Simon Lane, has received more than 3.8 billion views to date.

Best Perk: All of the games participating in Jingle Jam are available to contributors who deliver a donation of at least $30. This year’s titles include classics like Psychonauts as well as more modern hits like Goat Simulator.

Why You Should Fund It: Like the other holiday campaigns we’ve covered here over the past week, Jingle Jam is an earnest and big-hearted attempt to use the power of digital influence to help those in need. This year, the lineup of available games is so strong that participating in The Yogscast’s drive should not even feel like self-sacrifice.”The support of the games developers and publishers has been fantastic and meant we’ve really been able to offer an incredible bundle,” said Yogscast CEO Mark Turpin.

To repeat: Great games, fun live streams, helping out well-respected charities. What more do you need to know?
