Machinima Hires Two Sales Executives To Head New York Sales Team

Machinima is expanding its sales department by filling two lead positions. The YouTube multi-channel network focused on gaming and fan culture has hired Jessica DeBiase Stevens and Michael B. Colarossi as Directors of Partner Development at the network’s New York sales office.

Stevens and Colarossi are charged with developing relationships with advertisers and developing client accounts on the East Coast. The duo of directors will also work to improve the performance of clients’ marketing initiatives within the Machinima network through content and media solutions. relationships with advertisers who Both Stevens and Colarossi will report to Machinima’s Chief Revenue Officer Jamie Weissenborn, who joined the network in March 2015.

Stevens comes to Machinima with previous sales experience as AOL’s Account Director of Video. In that role, the executive was in charge of some of AOL’s largest accounts with clients such as AT&T and Delta Airlines. Stevens also spent five years with the video network YuMe; during that time, the new Machinima Director consistently earned the title of top revenue generator each year.

Colarossi joins Machinima with more than 15 years of experience in the sales industry. The sales veteran previously worked for video advertising tech company Tremor Video, where he led a team of three who brought in over $21 million in annual sales. Colarossi also held sales executive positions at ad tech company Owner IQ and Walmart Digital, where he led a sales team for Walmart.com.

Self-described as the “first many-2-many programming service,” Machinima currently reaches over 170 million global viewers each month.
