Since launching its content studio in September 2014, Marriott International has been very busy producing an array of digital initiatives to better reach millennial travelers. One of those projects, a short film titled Two Bellmen, will debut on March 10, 2015, and Marriott just released a sneak peek of the film to get viewers ramped up for its release.
Two Bellmen is a 15-minute short film about two of the hotel chain’s bag carriers who try to stop an art show heist occurring at Marriott’s Los Angeles LIVE hotel. In the 40-second Two Bellmen sneak peek, viewers are introduced to one of the two titular characters. The employee notices a group of food service workers entering the hotel with a duffel bag, and he races over to carry it for them. But something is amiss when he realizes there’s no reason for the food workers to be bringing in ice cream, as Marriott carries “delicious desserts in-house.”

Marriott previously released a trailer for Two Bellmen in February. The trailer showed off the stunts performed by Marriott’s creative partner on the film, a group of parkour performers, dancers, and generally active people dubbed Substance Over Hype. Two Bellmen stars stuntmen William Spencer and Caine Sinclair. The short film is produced by Marriott’s VP of Creative and Content Marketing David Beebe and former Break Media employee Evan Cholfin.
Two Bellmen will debut on March 10 at a screening held at JW Marriott Los Angeles LIVE. It will also be uploaded to the official Two Bellmen YouTube channel for online audiences to enjoy.
