It’s another installment of the weekly Tubefilter Chart of the Top 50 Most Viewed YouTube Channels Worldwide and PewDiePie is still at the very tip top.

Chart Toppers
Felix Arvid Ulf Kjellberg‘s PewDiePie channel is at the top of the charts again this week and again in a very big way. The 24-year-old Swedish gamer is constantly bumping 100 million weekly views with his steady output of Let’s Play videos. In the last seven days alone, PewDiePie score more than 96.1 million views.
In second place is DisneyCollectorBR. The chart topper and online video destination for videos of adults playing with children’s toys ended the week up 3% with more than 59.3 million views. Up next in the #3 spot is Shakira. The international pop star’s World Cup anthem, “La La La (Brazil 2014) ft. Carlinhos Brown” is not getting as many plays since the conclusion of the global sporting event. All in all, Shakira’s YouTube channel was down 15% on the week to bottom out at nearly 50.3 million views.
UK-based online video gamer, StamyLongHead is up next in the #4 spot. The young man with a penchant for Minecraft and education saw a 13% bump and scored more than 48.1 million views in the last seven days. And rounding out the Top 5 is Enrique Iglesias. The online music video catalog of the Spaniard with many musical and acting talents netted more than 43.8 million views on the week.
Top Gainers
The honor of one our Top Gainers this week goes to Samsung Mobile.
The South Korean multinational conglomerate’s online video outpost for its mobile phones division saw a series of seven and eight-figure YouTube hits in the past week. Ads for the multi-tasking and contrast ratio features of the Galaxy Tab S witnessed millions of views while #Gallaxy11: The Match Part 2 received more than ten million views on the week.
The video features an all-star soccer team made up of recognizable greats from around the globe playing for the fate of the world against a force of very athletic aliens with incredible ball control. The video added to Samsung Mobile’s overall view count of more than 21.2 million views on the week, a 367% increase over its numbers from the week prior.
Distribution
All in all, the top 50 most viewed YouTube channels accounted for 1,472,896,624 views last week. Here’s the distribution of a few of those channels by multi-channel network:
- VEVO: 12 channels in the Top 50, with Shakira at #3.
- Maker Studios: 6 channels in the Top 50, with PewDiePie at #1.
- Fullscreen: 3 channels in the Top 50, with The Fine Bros at #10 and
- Machinima, XMediaDigital: 2 channels in the Top 50, with Machinima’s VanossGaming at #11 and XMediaDigital’s GetMovies at #12.
And here’s the distribution of the this week’s Top 50 YouTube channels by country of origin:
- United States: 32 channels in the Top 50.
- Great Britain: 4 channels in the Top 50.
- Spain: 3 channels in the Top 50.
- Canada, India, Russia, South Korea: 2 channels each in the Top 50.
- Netherlands, Sweden, Thailand: 1 channel each in the Top 50.
