‘White Collar Brawler’ Gets A Second TV Season Via Esquire Network

White Collar Brawler became one of the few web series to make it to TV when it premiered on the Esquire Network last fall. The brainchild of Portal A co-founders Kai HassonNate Houghteling, and Zach Blume, White Collar Brawler‘s TV run consisted of six episodes of jabs, hooks, and sweaty office workers. Apparently, the Esquire audience took a shine to that formula, because White Collar Brawler has been renewed for a second season.

The new season will likely bow sometime next fall and will feature an increased episode count. Production will move to Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn, where a new batch of meek pencil pushers will train to become fit, nimble fighters. If you want a better idea of what to expect, you can watch some clips from the first season on Esquire TV’s YouTube channel.

It has been a long journey for the series, which began as a competition between Hasson and Houghteling. The Portal A team won’t be stepping in the ring on Esquire, but they’re still plenty busy; the studio that brought us the most recent YouTube Rewind is now poking fun at dating apps on a new ad agency parody YouTube channel. You better laugh, or else Hasson and Houghteling will beat the crap out of you.
