For the first time, the YouTube Pro Series will be live streamed. The series featuring top YouTube creators will return for an evening roundtable on personal branding, with iJustine, Felicia Day of Geek and Sundry, Kevin Lieber of Vsauce2, and Olga Kay taking turns discussing how they market their online personalities.
The YouTube Pro Series was launched in June as a way for the brains behind thriving YouTube channels to share secrets to success with their fellow YouTube creators. There have already been several talks in the series, with topics including showrunning and working with advertisers, but the personal brand talk will be the first one accompanied by a live stream straight from YouTube Space LA. Said stream is below, and it will go live alongside the rest of the event at 11 PM EST on November 7th, running for an hour.

Building brands beyond simple YouTube channels has been one of the biggest discussion topics among creators in 2013, and this event’s panelists have done as good a job as any of expanding their web presence. Kay has engaged her fans with curated gifts, Day has turned Geek and Sundry into an entire network of its own, iJustine has served as a spokeswoman among many other transmedia efforts, and Vsauce has made available a wide variety of merchandise options.
The whole talk will be available on YouTube’s Creator Support channel, but if you’re feeling like an amateur and in need of some inspiration, the Pro Series live stream is the way to go.
