One of the highlights of our recent foray into the wilds of Bonnaroo this past weekend was a spastictically entertaining, musically dynamic, and all around awesome set from our friends, Reptar.  ‘Houseboat Babies‘ was a big highlight of their set and the massive early morning crowd went extra insane when the boys brought out a 5 piece horn and percussion section to accompany them for the whole set.

The videos that make you think are always the ones you remember and Reptar is the kind of band that wants you to come back, wants you to think, and wants you to remember.  Why would this man give away the animals he seems to love so much?  Maybe because if you take care of cute animals and give them away, many years later the little girl you gave that rabbit to might come back and hump you– like a rabbit.  So have all the old men in Hollywood dating younger women given them rabbits at some point? Probably not, but ‘Houseboat Babies’ is about things coming full circle; it’s about getting out what you put in.  If you’re curious about some of Reptar’s other content check out this awesome video about some sweet “drum pants” they made.

Arshan Sadri is the Channel Manager at Brooklyn based, INDMUSIC, YouTube’s largest music Network. He got his start booking comedy and music at the University of Maryland. On weekends he refuses to travel above 14th street, likes to run, and plays in two bands that are just ok.

INDMUSIC is YouTube’s Largest Music Network, allowing independent music content creators to monetize their YouTube views without sacrificing creative control or rights to their content.
