61st Emmy Awards

So, you didn’t win a Streamy Award, but you think you maybe should’ve, and you need some new type of statuette for your mantle because you’re sick of looking at all those Webbys. Well, the Primetime Emmy Awards may be the last shot you have at bringing home academy recognition for those creative, online original projects you made last year.

But act now. The call-for-entries deadline of Friday, April 24 is fast approaching.

Pertinent categories include:

  • Short-format Live-Action Entertainment Programs
  • Short-format Animated Programs
  • Short-format Nonfiction Programs
  • Outstanding Creative Achievement in Interactive Media Fiction or Nonfiction (This applies only to programs with truly interactive elements)

And here’s a video explanation on the submission guidelines straight from the Emmy’s Interactive Media Peer Group:

More details about the Primetime Emmy Award entry process here. More about the Interactive Media areas of competition here. You can enter The Primetime Emmys here. Note that if you’re a member of ATAS, the not insignificant entry fees are waived.

Good luck.
