ExpoTV, which houses over 55,000 user-submitted “videopinions” (which are sometimes called “consumer reports” in other lexicons) about popular products and media, launched with a new design emphasizing social networking today.
Now users who submit their video product reviews and demos can be differentiated based on their proffered knowledge’s quality (“guru,” “professor,” “director”…) and category (“greenie,” “hipster,” “bargain hunter”…), which also allows other users to search for reviews with greater ease and specificity.
The new site also allows users to create buying lists based on reviewed products and subscribe to specific videopinion submitters.
